Sessions are $150 for 50 minutes, whether in person in Dickson, online or walk and talk. Your first 15-minute phone call is free, so you can see if it feels like the right fit before booking. No GP referral needed.

  • Paying

    You pay when you book a session online. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

You don't need a GP referral or a Mental Health Care Plan. You can book directly as a private client.

  • Medicare

    I'm not currently registered for Medicare rebates, so there's no rebate for sessions with me at this stage. I set my fees independently to keep sessions accessible.

  • Cancellations

    Please give at least 24 hours' notice so the time can go to someone else who needs it. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will generally incur the full session fee.

  • How many sessions?

    It's different for everyone. Some people find a few sessions give them what they need, others prefer ongoing support over months.
